RT isn't trustworthy, sure, but this list is just outright fake. Black panther has 97% on rotten tomatoes, but there are several movies with 100% that are not in the list

Citizen Kane is amazing for the cinematography, basically reinventing how a movie can be made. It was so far beyond what films could do and should be celebrated as a technological achievement. However, unless you are studying film and cinematography, diving into the nitty gritty of the art of movie making, the movie is comically bad. The only top 100 list it should ever be on is when tracking revolutionary movies. Do not watch unless it is for film study
